When buying a site, ask yourself whether you will be reliant
on the existing owner -if so are they prepared to commit to helping
you?
One common scam is to sell websites
with the same content over and over. There is a simple answer
to this -try putting a phrase or two from the website in the
google search box within quotation marks and see what comes up
-you will soon see any duplicates.
